What's Happening at our Maple Valley Campus

What a great school year so far. The children are all such a blessing to us. Each of our classrooms are running full or almost full and we are bursting at the seams in our childcare. Praise the Lord for brining us all of these wonderful families.

Grandparent's Day was a great success again this year. We had guests from all over Washington, California and even some out of Country visitors. Wow! Thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make this day a great one.

Our field trip to the Remlinger Farm Pumpkin Patch was quite a hit. I can't wait to see all of the wonderful pictures you all took. Please send in a CD with some of your pictures or email lbaca@rainiercsd.org with some.

Head-Lice Notice

We are still dealing with the head lice outbreak in our program. We are continuing to check each child or re-check children as they return to school after treatment.  Please be diligent at home each night as well and check your children. Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this situation. If we all do our part we should be able to be rid of this problem soon. Please remember that 7 and 14 days is when we need to be extra cautious in checking the children. This is the incubation period. We are now at the 7 day mark.

Please also remember to have girls wear their hair up and to not wear hats for a while.

In His Service,

Mrs. Baca
