The Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) plays a vital role at Kent View Elementary. This active group is made up of parents and teachers who work together to provide our Kent View students with fun and educational special programs that enhance the students’ school experience. The PTF focuses on programs and activities that will directly benefit the kids, the school staff and the campus. The PTF’s goal is to make our school the best it can be through volunteering and fundraising support.
The PTF needs all our parents to be involved! We all lead very busy lives and our time is precious. That’s why it takes all of us to share in the effort of making Kent View a better school for our children. All parents are enthusiastically invited to get involved in PTF activities and to attend the PTF meetings.
Note: Kent View Elementary and Little People Preschool & Childcare share the same PTF.
The mission of the Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) at Kent View Elementary and Little people Pre-school and Childcare is to promote unity and improve communication among the district, administration, teachers, staff and parents and to enhance the educational experience of the students attending our school. The PTF functions in coordination with the administration of the school and is under the authority of the Local School Administrator. Parents, faculty and staff of the local school may be members of the PTF and vote during the meeting.
- There are four PTF meetings held during the school year the second Monday of the months of September, November, January and March from 6-7 pm
